RETURNS: STOCK ITEMS:
MV accepts customer returns provided the following conditions are met:
• All return requests must be made by completing the return form within 30 days of the shipment of the merchandise, in order to be accepted.
• Merchandise must not have been worn or washed and must have all hangtags and sewn-on tags in their original position and condition.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
• Customized items cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturer error or defect. • Special orders are made to customer specifications; therefore, these items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturer error or defect.
• All requests must be submitted via the return form no later than 30 days after the shipment date. MV Quality department will inspect all items upon receipt to verify the reason for the return. If replacement merchandise is not available or does not match, MV will issue a credit to the customer's account.
RETURNS DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
MV, at its sole discretion, will determine whether the merchandise in question is defective, can or will be replaced, repaired, or credited to the customer's account. MV will not accept returns of defective merchandise after 30 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. In all cases, once the form is completed, MV will send you an email with the details for returning the merchandise. MV may request that you send photographs of the product you wish to return, before it is returned.
CHANGES :
• MV accepts merchandise exchanges due to size or design.
• The merchandise must not have been worn or washed and must have all hangtags and sewn-in tags in their original position and condition.
• Exchanges will not be made for merchandise of lesser cost than the purchased item.
• If the exchange is made for another piece of greater value, the buyer must pay the difference.
• To make changes for size or design, the buyer must complete the exchange form.
• Exchanges will not be made for personalized merchandise.
• Exchanges will be accepted within a maximum period of 30 days after the merchandise is shipped.
• In all cases, once the form is completed, MV will send you an email with the details for the exchange.
• MV may request that you send photographs of the product you wish to exchange before making the exchange.
